I just tried this personality test called Colorgenics :

I think most of the parts are really super true for me..it's been so long since i came across almost accurate personality test! So try it!
Later will be going down to iras to sign the letter of appointment soon..but really..i can't wait to start proper work cause i'm tired of lazing around.
